This Influencer Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the influencer/creator signing this agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Influencer," and Muse, hereinafter referred to as the "Brand," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Scope of Collaboration:

The Influencer agrees to create and share content that features Muse's products on the Influencer's social media platforms and online channels, as outlined in the Collaboration Brief provided by the Brand.

2. Content Usage Rights:

a) The Influencer grants Muse the to worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and repurpose all content (including but not limited to photos, videos, captions) created for this collaboration. Muse may use this content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across various platforms without seeking additional approval or compensation.

b) Muse shall have the right to alter, edit, or adapt the content as necessary, while ensuring that the Influencer's original message and intent are preserved to the best extent possible.

3. Exclusivity:

During the collaboration period, the Influencer agrees not to engage in promoting or endorsing competing brands that offer products similar to Muse's, without prior written consent from Muse, unless agreed upon prior to posting.

4. Authenticity and Accuracy:

The Influencer shall create content that accurately reflects their genuine experience and opinions of Muse's products. Authenticity and honest reviews are of utmost importance.

5. Content Approval:

The Influencer agrees to provide Muse with the content for approval prior to publishing or sharing it publicly. Muse may provide feedback and recommendations to ensure the content aligns with the Brand's messaging and values.

6. Timeliness:

The Influencer agrees to create and share the agreed-upon content within the timelines specified in the Collaboration Brief. Any delays must be communicated to Muse in advance.
